| great creative maps this week Trench, Gravity, Osom, Parabola, Kal epidiOn had no idea how to name his map right so he just typed some strange combinations noone will ever learn. Very cool. By now i like Gravity and Trench best, while Trench seems more balanced and not that T-Ish. Very interesting. |

| has anyone acuatelly played on kal whatever? like LGI said we should be playing the maps while we talk about them, especially the candidates. one problem i see on it, is that the expand covers the exit to the temple path, so when your expo is being harassed on the other side, your units will be retarded(melee) and try to go through the minerals when they cant. and youll have to manually make them go to the path which is annoying. |

| Well, I think the gameplay seems pretty straight forward, but Play testing is necessary. Avalon didn't work out too well, but still made MOTW because nobody tested it. |

| I've played I think three games on Kal Ho. I'd say that the fact that you can walk around behind the min only is the best feature in the map, because it's something original but it doesn't severely mess with balance. But lnept you're right, your units do get a bit confused, I don't think it's a huge deal though. |

| as none is doing it, I will decide now. I am biased, true, but well, you all missed your chance to proceed with the curse because you were too lazy. so i will make it Trench Warfare. -I have missed motw in this exact situation before several times. that is no argument, but well, it is a fact -panschk as webmaster and owner of this site gave his vote to TW -it is not because the other contestant is my map, chimera (for me) has some flaws -most important: on chimera, there have been 2-3 replays. i dont know how many games were played on it. TW has only 1 replay, but for this map, i know it plays well and is funny because i played it many times with clanmates, around 20 games with party very long games that made use of all parts of the map and showed several tactical potential. i just can prove that this map has a good gameplay; and all MUs were played at least once on it. those are my arguments, i am biased and this will now get the decision. and as the race is so close, i think it won't be a problem to make it MOTW. |
