| You can get some advice and change your map but in the end you should like it. What is the point in winning MOTM if you don't like your map? What is important is that your map would get your vote even if we don't (or SHOULD NOT) vote for our own maps. |

(but i have find a way to push the dark templars with my probes, you tell them to gather some minerals and stop when they are on the dark templar, dark teplar will start walking, but does protoss really need to waste 400 minerals on a new nexus?) |

Also like Flo says it may take a while to force the DT to walk away far enough as to allow you to build a new nexus. It is easier to get a photon cannon/turret. |

| I thought that that creep colony in the third expo did not favor zerg, that's is why I did not vote for erebos. Instead of a neutral DT remember that you can place a neutral spider mine. That one you can't make walk away! |

| "Is spider mine invisible when it is neutral?" They are visible for one or two seconds at the begining of the game and then they burrow and become invisible. To use them go: "sprites>unit sprites>terran>special>vulture spider mine" with the players setting on 12 (neutral). |

| Muck is definately my favourite, not only deco and eye candy wise, but it fits my playing (which sucks, I know.) Mirage II definately deserves a motm spot and would've have it already if it wasn't and island map :) Nuclear would've been my top choice if ptar didn't use that gay mineral formation :) |

| Hmm This is probobly one of the first MOTMs ive witnessed were nothing is exactly jump-in-my-face-with-awe-and-awesome. Muck is average IMO. It looks nice but i dont find it particularly wowing. Mirage II is innovative and very nice as far as airmaps go, but it stops there. Nuclear i see as a rather average though pretty map. Obsession Shrine has the same opinion on it as i do for Shine: Average map. It looks nice but its not particularly wow. Erebos, now theres a hard call to make. It looks gosu, but again, thats as an airmap. Now im not saying that airmaps are bad but they are markedly less popular and less played, i dont believe an airmap should get top MOTM. Just my opinion there. Electioneering is the most AVERAGE map in this contest. I dont see why people are voting it so highly. Its not a bad map its just really nothing special. Greed is so-so. Scope is an acquired taste if that makes sense. I dont find it particularly amazing but its still a good map. Street Spirit is, well i dont know what to call it, but i dont really fancy it. Arches Of Char isnt getting its rightful attention IMO. Its a very nice and relatively innovative concept, and the deco is some of the nicest ive seen on ashworld. It deserves some votes and attention. Amnesiac is so-so. |

| For me, it's a toss-up between Mirage II and Erebos, with Starparty's Muck as my third choice. Personally I think Erebos has a better expo layout, but that Mirage II has a better concept. SP's Muck is interesting, but I'm not convinced of it having great gameplay, but it might. It is much better than the original Muck. I'm refraining on voting until I've either played the maps or until the vote is coming to an end and the crucial end votes are important :) |

| tbh the reason i like muck is because of the size. Knowing that a normal macro fight might just end up in a dead fight, new strategies must be constructed which gives interesting games. |

| Erebos and Mirage II need tested, badly =/ MirageII imo needs more work on its ground expo layout, but Erebos is like a super macro map, I dunno if it'll have decent gameplay at all. |

| give me a reason to play obsession shrine, getting tired of saying this. There's no reason why I would play your unknown obsession shrine when I can play already known maps that give the same standard gameplay. of a big center and set expos to each player. |
