Way too tight because of wasted space. Fix that first, then I give more suggestions.

The only thing I can think of is to maybe add a little on to the side of the main that's really the only large empty space...

Remove island and add gas to minonly or something. You get lots of space when taking the islands away.

I'll try that but it seems like that space would be way off to the side anyways.

Well. Basically you have to remake entire map.
