Ok, a brandnew FS clone map again :S

I'm gonna finish this within this year.

concept: simple, standard 4 players map structure
with an island expo (workers can reach, with sight from main only)

Can you design those semi-island bases and main shapes so they do not cut into the centre spave so much? the idea reminds me a lot of Heartbeat, so I guess you can gain a lot of inspiration there. I am looking forward to seeing a nice reiteration with double-ramped neutral thirds.
The rest is still too unfiniushed to really say much about the details.
Maybe you can also add some high ground and/or ridges to the centre (or fout ridges and a central plateau, or four ridges and a central High Basilica, as the tileset suggests).

I enjoyed those maps recently and their island design was so impressive that unconsciously reflected in my map design maybe.

As you pointed out, design of the island expos is being a problem...
it makes distance btwn nats longer, makes thirds belong to each mains, makes center quite narrow, gives incompleted ovy spots, and has tank issue maybe ?

Adding more complexities to center seems to be hard on me. Maybe because of the tightness of this map now.


I've figured out another design with similar island concept, thus as soon as finishing this map, I will start on new one

Maybe the last update in this month :(

at the beginning, I designed island expos in x, y, xy (all axis) symmetry. But now, I consider it was not the optimal choice.
I could move them more outside and a little bit clockwise manner (i.e. move down 5' island, move left 7' island, ...)

in this way, middle will be more open and distance between the nats will be decreased.

But I am satisfied with the shape of 7' main now, thus that consideration won't be adapted XD

I want some opinions about resources amounts.

I'm curious if uploading an image out of this site and tagging that image in this comment box by html, is causing traffic issue to BWMN server '-'?

and is it a bad manner reporting each update with such minute progressions?

No, it's completely fine if you want to update your map like this. The map picture is clearer this way.
