Nice. I recommend moving most of the expos away from the edges of the map a little bit. The SW and NE especially. It gives the impression the area isn't as "empty", if that makes sense. modified by JungleTerrain |

Looks much more appealing now. It's still pretty plain and probably oversized (128x96 any one).
Did you copy those high ground to magma edges from my maps? Have you made sure that there ae no tank holes and unintentional pathways? The big problem with ash terrain is that often even things the size of zealot can pass "behind" a cliff. |

I got the idea for the edges from your maps.
All you have to do to make them is make a magma pit in the same shape and copy paste it into the hole.
Haven't checked for tank holes, haven't changed anything with cliffs yet. I'm still working on polishing it up. modified by K_A |
