Anyways, tons of pretty bad tank spots around the mains and nats.
TERRIBLE copypasta at multiple locations, generally no eye for details.
For some weird reason the middle is not symmetrical, in contrast to the rest of the map...
Several spots where zerglings can pass through but obviously shouldn't.
Weird unwalkable spot (cliff) close to the main ramps, pretty much forces the weirdest wallins ever.
Gas issue.

Well, you might not have noticed yet, but you kinda suck at reading: It's spinesheath, not spinesdeath.
About that gas issue: Sure, the mining ratio just happens to be equal. I seriously wonder if that wasn't just by coincidence, though. Anyways, it is 8-10% slower with 3 workers than top/left.Could throw off some timings and if you are not aware of it you can actually be in a disadvantage.
Ok, it probably isn't really worth mentioning among that other stuff.
Besides, I definately could have written quite some more stuff. Mostly related to bad custom terrain. I didn't even start talking about balance (and probably won't). |

"actually the center is more like loki than peaks" - damn,right.so what? he didn't want a version that's in evry aspect identic with baekdu! he tried to make more a remake than a version of baekdu.the basic theme of baekdu is definitely preserved.for a remake is everything u need - and it plays also very similar.it doesn't means 100% the same,which is not necessary in a remake |

I'm not all that sure how you conclude that Nightmarjoo was complaining about zerg unfriendliness... I am pretty sure that terrans will complain the most about the expo layout. Which expansion should you take? It's not like any of them could even partially be secured by your push. Zerg should be off fairly good with those expansions.
Also, you know, Chief_Chicken, there is no need to get all upset on Crackling's post... It's not like he said that the name should be changed or something like that. |

My comment was not necessarily racially concerned. By "unrewarding", I mean you have to work way too hard to get an expo which doesn't help you strategically (outside of give you money). Taking an expo just spreads you out, without guarding you from any particular area. Normally, you are able to either easily take an expansion, or take a harder-to-take/defend expansion which either secures you another expo, or secures an area of the map. For example, in python, you can take the corner expo, which is easy to defend because it's out of the way from your opponent, or you can take a main or nat, with the nat giving you the main, but the main being more defensible. There are pluses and minuses to each expo.
In this map, the distance of each expansion makes it not worth expanding at all.
The more spread an expo layout is, the more zerg friendly it is, grief. Expos far apart is very z>p, and usually (but definitely not always) z>t, but to a lesser degree. Expos far apart is very p>t.
Racial balance though imo is not very important in this map, because the expo layout is so "annoying and unrewarding" as I said earlier. The map imo would play in 1/2 base timing attacks because expoing is so difficult. Otherwise though, the map is z>p, p>t, and z>t. The z>t comes from no real disadvantage for zerg, with advantages in many hills (good for lurkers and defilers), with no real advantage for terran. Also, the middle also makes the map z>p, p>t, and z>t, with the expo layout not only not balancing this, but accentuating it lol. |

The map really isnt appealing, simply for the expo layout, and i aint a zerg player for shit..
second off, whats with the deco? you copy pasted alot around, but it still is all squary, just like baekdu (which was an ulgy looking map too)
I guess you could of done that for the style of it, but while at it, the deco you add on top of that simply doesnt fit :*/
