LOL! I have heard this argument before, but taken to the extreme will lead you to conclude that as long as a map is balanced and gas good gameplay, then map appearance and deco is irrelevant and this is not true.

In this case, the map certainly wasn't chosen for ICC for playability or prettyness. The ONLY reason for it to be in the mappack is that is a korean pro map.
