Nureru | | | Not much to say about this one. Pretty straightforward. Mineral blocks are set at 64. | boongee | | | Make some sort of in-base natural and then get rid of the mineral walls.
as this map is it's pretty stupid. but if you do that it'll play interestingly.
you might add islands too, those are cool | LML | | | deleteing those mineral blocks you could just go into the main from 3ways, too imba, those mineral blocks are needed on start. | FateD | | | Wow, this map is really nice.. :O | Nureru | | | I'm not against removing the mineral blocks, but then I'd need to change something else to remove the number of entrances into the main. I didn't really want to just block off the wall where the minerals are now because that would just leave you with a big in-base natural and wouldn't really be very interesting.
And I was hesitant to add islands, because the third player's position makes it so the only place I can think to add islands, in the corners, wouldn't be very well balanced. | Allstar4 | | | Wow this map looks cool. Seems pretty difficult to defend the main though with 3 potential entrances.
The 9 expo is too crowded, there is no unit room like there is on the 1 and 5 expansions.
It looks like the 1 expo has the most room for passing armies, then 5, and 9 has none without running into gas gatherers. Also the 9 expo is a lot smaller than the other ones. | Nureru | | | Okay, I think I gave the expos a bit more pass room and tried to balance out the sizes a little bit. The 9 expo is still a bit smaller than the others, but I don't think it's really enough to matter that much. |
