| Voting is over, so it seems a tie between Frostmourne and Whoosh (we should choose among these 1st and 2nd place) with Maelstorm coming in 3rd. Comments? | ||

| The author of Whoosh with regards to his own map made the following comment in the KOTH2 thread. I quote: "just take a look at the current MOTM and see people voting for my own map Whoosh, if they'd have played it they woulndt vote for it lol -.- HELL YES ITS GAMEPLAY IS BAD :( " IMO we should not have a map be MOTM when the author himself admits the gameplay of his map is bad and is amused by the fact that people are voting for it. : ^ ( | ||

| well, at frostmourne the player at south (red) is far from any of the other 2 oponents, the guy at north can easy expo to the other main, nat, minonly. i guess it will need a remake. this time in jungle tileset :P but the map has all the problems fixed in the current version, such as path issue with the expos in the middle, made the ice unwalkable, etc. and Granny is not a fake account of me, i don't see it in the member list, maybe it is and old fake account? | ||

| I do think Granny is fake, it was created as the last of 4 accounts that have unusually long names. hookypooky& the dancing bears 475 nastyman breasts 476 Little boy meets rapist 477 Old Granny in a wheelchair 478 and it appeared all of sudden after a long period of innactivity to vote at the KOTH2 and MOTM4 competitions without making any comments. But of course, it can be a coincidence, who knows? I have said before that fake accounts are a big problem that we have to deal with but the argument is that "serious" things like MOTM are not decided just based on votes, so it's no big deal. Well, here we are in MOTM-4 and we are discussing fake votes, LOL! Anyway, I think we should decide among the top 3 maps, I vote: 1) Frostmourne 2) Whoosh 3) Maelstorm what say other admins? | ||

| I'm glad you like me but I am doing it for the map not for you (or against Crackling for that matter). In fact I think Crackling's "Sleepers" is a much more interesting map than "Frostmourne" but it received less votes. | ||

| I personally have played Whoosh, and it's a bit awkward/different/weird, but imo it plays fine. Frostmourne has too many expos, and Testbug is being lazy about modifying it, so I don't want it to win. I'll look at Whoosh to see what kind of edits it could take to improve it. We can hold off the decision for now, I'll make a motm 5 comp. | ||

| well, since map's athors can decide to remove their maps from competition, if i decide to remove frostmourne, and crackling decide to remove woosh, then winner will be burning penis(maelstrom) :D | ||

| lancet refuses to remove maps from competitions after they've recieved many votes: for one, it skews the vote because if the removed map hadn't been in the competition, people would've voted differently, and I would be opposed to you and crackling removing your maps after they ostensibly won the competition. | ||
