And minor changes again.
modified by HotRedIron modified by HotRedIron | HotRedIron | | | Incorporated some of koget's feedback, but not all, and added some things of my own.
- Reworked middle by adding two high grounds and a vertical route connecting 6 and 12.
- 6 and 12 have been made into semi-island by placing eggs on the ramps and an arbiter on the high ground. Ground units can't get close enough to see the arbiter because of the cloaked eggs, but if you have vision of the resources on the high ground a worker can, of course, slide through. You can kill the arbiter with flying units so you can kill the eggs once they become visible or you can use AOE damage to kill the eggs (such as storm). Last case: drop/recall.
- The expansions at 1, 5, 7 and 11 have reduced resources. 1 and 11 have 6 x 744 minerals and 1 x 2500 gas, 5 and 7 have 7 x 744 minerals and 1 x 2500 gas.
- Benzene-like high ground at the back of the natural was removed.
- The two rows of Xel Naga temples closer to the middle were removed.
EDIT: Decided to remove the corner islands after all. Made the lower two former half expansions have full resources. Was too lazy to add a new image. modified by HotRedIron | HotRedIron | | | Third time's the charm I guess. Made the map standard apart from the semi-islands blocked by eggs made invisible by arbiters that you cannot see from the low ground. |
